Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes, installations, repairs and services provided by Polygon BG Air & Electrical.

Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided and any on-site inspection.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice. Ownership of installed equipment remains with Polygon BG until payment is received in full.

Warranty

All workmanship carries our installation warranty. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. See our warranty information page for detail.

VEU Rebates

Rebate amounts are set by the Victorian Government and are subject to eligibility. Polygon BG makes no guarantee of a specific rebate amount until eligibility has been confirmed.

Licensing

Polygon BG Air & Electrical operates as a licensed and insured electrical and refrigeration contractor in Victoria.
