All split system and ducted air conditioning installations come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the unit and our own workmanship guarantee. Premium brands like Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric offer up to 7-year warranties on selected models.
Gas Ducted Heating
Gas ducted heating installations are covered by manufacturer warranties of 5–10 years depending on the brand and model. Our installation workmanship is fully guaranteed for the life of the manufacturer warranty.
Electrical Work
All electrical work is completed to Australian standards and comes with our workmanship guarantee. Products like switchboards, safety switches and smoke alarms carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Repairs & Servicing
Repair work includes a warranty on all replacement parts and our labour. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we'll fix it at no charge.
VEU Rebate Installations
Systems installed under the VEU program carry the same full manufacturer and workmanship warranties as any standard installation. The rebate does not affect your warranty coverage in any way.
