What's Included in a New Home Electrical Package
Electrical Design & Documentation
We start by designing a comprehensive electrical plan for your new home, covering power point locations, lighting layouts, circuit allocation, switchboard sizing and smart home provisions. This detailed plan ensures nothing is missed and everything is installed exactly where you need it.
Switchboard & Main Supply
Your switchboard is the backbone of your home's electrical system. We design and install modern switchboards with safety switches, circuit breakers and surge protection — sized to accommodate your home's full electrical load plus provisions for future additions like solar, battery storage and EV charging.
Lighting & Power Installation
We install all interior and exterior lighting, power points, switches, data points and TV outlets throughout your new home. We work with your interior designer or builder to ensure every fitting is positioned correctly and finished to the highest standard.
Smart Home & Future-Proofing
Modern homes deserve modern infrastructure. We install structured cabling, smart lighting controls, automated blinds wiring, security system provisioning and home automation hubs. Even if you're not ready for a full smart home today, we'll ensure the cabling and infrastructure are in place for when you are.
